Faculty awardees of internal research grants were announced last week by the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at California State University, Chico. Faculty entered a campuswide competition for either professional development awards or CSU research grants. Full Story

California State University, Chico has been awarded the grand prize in the National Wildlife Federation's Campus Ecology Chill Out contest. The competition recognizes colleges and universities around the country which are implementing innovative programs to reduce global warming pollution, the biggest environmental threat facing the nation. CSU, Chico was selected as the grand prize winner from over 100 competition entries received from colleges nationwide. Full Story

The Bernard Osher Foundation recently awarded CSU, Chico Center for Regional and Continuing Education a $100,000 grant to fund the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Chico State. This grant marks the third year of successful funding. Full Story
