CSU, Chico To Try To Break Its Own National Record in Fund-raising for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
The 7th annual student-sponsored Up ’til Dawn event at California State University, Chico will be held Monday evening, Nov. 5. Anyone is welcome to join students in a night of letter writing, fun, live performances, time with a St. Jude patient and education on the work of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in treating and researching childhood cancer and other catastrophic diseases. CSU, Chico Microbiologist Collaborates in $1.2 Million National Science Foundation Award

Alumni Mixer Kicks Off Family Weekend at CSU, Chico
The 2007 California State University, Chico Family Weekend will begin tonight at 5 p.m. with an alumni mixer at the Warrens Center on the CSU, Chico campus. It is the first event of a weekend designed especially for parents of CSU, Chico students. As part of the weekend, a Parent Advisory Council will be launched, with 12 parents serving as the first members of this advisory group. Full Story
