Jon Hooper, Department of Recreation and Parks Management, was selected for the national Project WILD Outstanding Facilitator of the Year Award. DMarketing students from the College of Business, California State University, Chico placed second in the American Advertising Federation-National Student Advertising Competition (AAF-NSAC) held in San Francisco on April 21. California State University, Chico's 2006 Fun Without Alcohol Fair on Thursday, April 27, will encourage Butte County youth to "Be Cool, Alcohol and Drug Free" with the help of more than 60 interactive booths. Approximately 1,500 students from Butte County schools are expected to attend. Full Story
