Audiometry Course Offered for School Nurses

CSU, Chico, School of Nursing announces an audiometry course for school nurses. Audiometry for School Nurses is a specially designed five-day intensive course that meets all requirements for the School Audiometrist Certificate issued by the State of California.
Dr. Cecily LeFevre, clinical audiologist, teaches the course in an intensive five-day workshop on the Chico campus. The course provides 60 hours of continuing education credit. The next class is Saturday, August 13, through Wednesday, August 17, 8:30 AM till 6:30 PM each day. Course enrollment is limited, and pre-registration is required.

Model United Nations Program Has Another Outstanding Year

California State University, Chico students had another outstanding showing, representing Indonesia at the 2005 Model United Nations in March. Thirty-one students, including nine veterans of the Model UN program, traveled to New York with their advisor, Professor Rick Ostrom, Department of Political Science. Full Story
