Students With Disabilities to Play and Compete in Adapted Sports Day

Students with disabilities from Butte, Sutter, Yuba, Glenn, Tehama and Shasta counties will participate in the Adapted Physical Education Sports Day and Fall Festival on Friday, Nov. 5, from 9:30 am-12:30 pm in Acker and Shurmer gymnasiums at California State University, Chico. Full Story

Up 'til Dawn Raises Money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

The fifth annual student-sponsored Up 'til Dawn event at California State University, Chico will be held Monday evening, November 7. Anyone is welcome to join students in a night of letter writing, fun and education on the work of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in treating and researching childhood cancer and other catastrophic diseases. The College of Humanities and Fine Arts, California State University, Chico has scheduled its next tour, from May 30 through June 9, 2006, to the three principle cities in the Habsburg Empire: Vienna, Budapest and Prague.
