On Thursday, April 29, Professor George Lopez of the University of Notre Dame will visit California State University, Chico to deliver a presentation on "Just War Theory after 9-11." Fruit production expert Rich Rosecrance, College of Agriculture, California State University, Chico, has received a Fulbright Fellowship to South Africa.
