Anthropologist Will Present Story of 100-year-old Indian Healer

Professor Stacey Schaefer, Department of Anthropology, will speak at the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences Faculty Colloquium on Dec. 2 at 7 PM in Ayres 106. The Geographical Information Center at California State University, Chico has developed the Web-based Sacramento River Recreation and Public Access Guide (RecWeb). $1.3 Million Caltrans Research Project

Denny Gier, professional engineer and a professor in the Department of Construction Management, College of Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, was recently awarded a $1.3 million, three-year research project from Caltrans to study the effects of noise from highway construction and operation on sensitive birds.
