Public Radio's KCHO Receives $30,000 Bonus Grant

For the third year in a row, California State University, Chico's public radio service, KCHO, has been selected to receive a bonus grant from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting for efficiency. The award comes as a cash bonus of $30,000. Full Story

Scour and Devour Cleanup to be Held Sept. 28

The fifth annual Scour and Devour Campus and Community Cleanup, a day devoted to cleaning up the California State University, Chico campus and various areas in the community, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28. Approximately 400 participants are expected to take part. Volunteers are still needed for cleaning, painting and graffiti removal in areas around the campus, downtown Chico, north and south campus neighborhoods and adjacent railroad properties. Full Story
