Workshop on Conducting a Child Custody Evaluation Offered
California State University, Chico's Center for Continuing Education and the Butte County Family and Children's Division of the Superior Court of California will present "Conducting a Child Custody Evaluation" with Dr. Philip Stahl, a workshop designed to teach participants the theories and goals of a child custody evaluation. Psychologists, counselors, social workers, mental health care providers, legal professionals and others dealing with issues of domestic violence are encouraged to attend. The conference will be held Friday, Oct. 12, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Chico Masonic Family Center, 1110 W. East Avenue, Chico. Cost is $89 for registrations received on or before Oct. 5, $114 for registrations received after Oct. 5. Full Story
