Black History Month Events at California State University, Chico

California State University, Chico celebrates Black History Month by hosting events scheduled throughout the month of February. Events include the Lulu Washington Dance Theatre, the Black Inventors Museum, former Olympic medallist Lee Evans, noted poet Saul Williams, Bob Marley Day and a conference hosted by the Black Student Alliance. President's Competition Brings Top Students to CSU, Chico

The fifth annual President's Scholars Competition Day will be held Saturday, Feb. 19 on the CSU, Chico campus. One hundred seventy-seven high achieving seniors from throughout California will compete for over $130,000 in scholarship money. Full Story
