Chico State Ag Alumni Reunion at Red Bluff Bull Sale
Agriculture graduates of California State University, Chico, are invited to a reunion at the Red Bluff Bull and Gelding sale on Friday, January 26. The event for Ag alumni will be held inside the Tehama Room at the Tehama County Fairgrounds, 4-7 p.m.
The four-day Bull and Gelding sale is a huge cultural and social event for agriculturists in Oregon, Nevada, Idaho and California. The event draws many CSU, Chico graduates who work in the cattle industry as well as those who work in related fields such as agricultural loans, high school programs, and livestock product marketing.
“The event will give alumni a chance to reminisce with old friends and talk about what’s new in their lives and careers,” said Jean Nelsen, coordinator of the event. “No one needs to worry about grabbing dinner before the gelding sale on Friday night. We’ll provide a deli buffet with plenty of food and drink.”
