Student to be CSU, Chico President for a Day
California State University, Chico graduate student Dolly Brown will be sitting in for President Manuel A. Esteban as an honorary “President for a Day” tomorrow, Nov. 8.

Several events are planned for the day, beginning with a breakfast for local community members who have contributed to re-entry success through scholarships. At noon, Brown will convene a lunch for staff, faculty and students who have helped contribute to student leadership development. In the afternoon, she will hand out certificates to campus organizations that she believes have made a significant impact on students.
Brown received her B.S. in Construction Management from CSU, Chico last May. She is currently working on a political science M.A. with a masters project titled, “Our Youth: America’s Untapped Energy Source.”
